Apply Dart is designed and built in the United States. Career documents and recruiter mail are sensitive; we treat them that way.

Access control

User data is scoped to the signed-in account. Application and profile records are not exposed to other candidates.

Inbox sync

Recruiter mail reaches us only if you set a forward rule to your personal sync address. We never ask for OAuth access to your inbox. We parse the original sender and body to match an application, then discard raw MIME on a short retention window. Auto-replies and mail you sent yourself are dropped.

Resume snapshots

Every generated resume is saved as an immutable snapshot, so the version you sent to a recruiter is the version we keep.

Privacy first

We do not sell resume data or train public models on your profile. Details are in the privacy policy.
